Accommodation
The accommodation service fee is $50 and it is optional (if you wish to use).
All the participants may use accommodation service under the below mentioned conditions:
1) Accommodation will be for three nights (from 31st January 2025 (Check-in) up to 3rd February 2025 (Check-out)).
2) A participant will stay in each room.
3) Accommodation will be in a hotel.
Moreover,
A) Joining of Family Members the conference. (It is free)
B) Free Food (2 days): For two days, during 1st & 2nd February 2025, lunch and dinner will be free.
C) All transportations from Ahwaz airport to the accommodation place, to the conference venue and vice versa will be free.
D) Other Notable Free Services.
Also remember that we provide the option of joining of family members in our programs.
Note: If a participant does not wish use our accommodation service, the conference secretariat is ready to help her/him book room/apartment. Ahwaz has various types of accommodation depending on his/her needs.
